Accessibility to Main Shower House - Install one new handicap stall with adjacent landing near the southeast corner of the laundry building. Construct new concrete path of travel to the shower house building along the existing dirt path. Remove existing pavement at the interior courtyard of the two shower house buildings and reconstruct with concrete. Proposed concrete paths shall be in conformance with accessibility standards and shall not exceed a cross slope of 2%.
"E" Restrooms - Construct an unassigned accessible parking stall as noted on the plan. Construct new path of travel to restroom with concrete. Reconstruct restroom building perimeter concrete as appropriate at the north side to meet accessibility requirements.
"F" Restrooms - Construct an unassigned accessible parking stall as noted on the plan. Construct new path of travel to restroom with concrete. Reconstruct restroom building perimeter concrete as appropriate at the east side to meet accessibility requirements.
"G" Restrooms - Existing parking stalls and path of travel are out of compliance. Reconstruct existing accessible parking stalls near ice machine adjacent to Registration building to conform to accessibility standards. Reconstruct pavement is crosswalk area to meet cross slope requirements. Reconstruct restroom building perimeter concrete as appropriate along the south side to meet accessibility requirements. Extend 1inch water service beyond proposed concrete landing to allow RV's use of water.
"H" Restrooms - Two existing accessible parking stalls for units 58 and 59 are out of compliance. Reconstruct existing handicap parking stalls near ice machine adjacent to conform to accessibility standards. Construct a third, unassigned, accessible stall as noted on the plan. Remove existing pathways to restroom and construct new path of travel with concrete. Reconstruct restroom building perimeter concrete as appropriate at the north side to meet accessibility requirements.
