Construct New 11th Street Bridges (by DC DDoT)

The District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDoT) is planning the redesign and reconstruction of the 11th Street Bridge complex. The project is a design/build project that requires new alignments, abutments and right-of-ways and the taking of National Park Service property (in Anacostia Park) that goes beyond the existing transportation rights-of-ways. The project poses numerous challenges and impacts to park resources, visitors and operations.
