Hetch Hetchy Entrance Station Kiosk Remodel

This project would remodel the Hetch Hetchy entrance station kiosk for the purpose of improving security and functionality. The interior of the entrance station office would also be improved.

Scope of Work for Kiosk:
• replace the worn slider doors with new Dutch doors
• removing a defunct ventilation shaft
• replace and update the communication wiring between the kiosk and the office. This would required digging a trench approximately 100-feet-long and 18-inches-deep
• upgrade the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system
• improve kiosk exterior lighting and add area lighting
• install security video cameras, panic buttons, and door and window contacts inside the kiosk
• other minor maintenance improvements

Scope of Work for Office:
• install security video cameras and camera system server
• install door and window contacts on the entry doors
• install door and window contacts on the interior closet door (where the safe is located)
• fix the windows so they open and shut more easily
• other minor improvements to the interior only (e.g. paint)
