A/E firm will be contracted with to undertake a thorough agency record search and historical land use search of the 18th century Harmony Hall mansion and develop plans for the excavation and removal of all related hazardous containers, piping, contaminated soils and other hazards in the project area. All hazardous underground storage tanks (USTs) and contaminated soils will be removed and properly disposed of in accordance with all existing regulations.
