The National Park Service is preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) for proposed site improvements at the Moose Administrative Complex within Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming.

The Moose Headquarters Rehabilitation Project currently underway, includes rehabilitation of the Moose Maintenance Building and the old Visitor Center/Headquarters Buildings, removal of several temporary buildings, the complete reconfiguration of vehicle and pedestrian traffic within the administrative complex and the Moose boat launch area, and site restoration work targeted to improve storm water management.

The EA will be available for public review January 11, 2010.
