Commercial Use Authorization for Commercial Guiding – Photography Workshop

The purpose of issuing of this Commercial Use Authorization (CUA, previously titled Incidental Business Permit) is to regulate and oversee the operations of permit holders involved in conducting commercial guided photography workshop activities in Yosemite National Park. Conditions for this activity are included with the permit documentation submitted with this package. The permitted activity is to be conducted only in those areas of Yosemite National Park open to the public and authorized by the permit (CUA). The permit holder is required to obtain any additional permits or license required by law.
