This project will include the demolition of an existing residence that has been determined not to be habitable. Following the demolition and removal of the existing structure, the occupant plans to locate a non-permanent modular building that will be used as a single family residence. Ms. Reynolds has measured the dimensions of the existing structure, 1,331 square feet (43' x 31'). The proposed Fleetwood structure measures approximately 1,190 square feet.
