Yosemite Valley Photography and Art Business Concession Contract Issuance

The existing concession contract held by the Ansel Adams Gallery will expire on 12/31/2007. This project will include the development and issuance of a new concession contract for an Art and Photography Business. The new concession contract will replace the existing concession contract and authorize visitor services and employee housing within the existing structures and footprint currently assigned under the existing contract.

This compliance action is requested for issuing a concession contract. Concessioner operations are covered by existing compliance documents. Changes to operations or facilities, if any, would not take place until further compliance is completed.
