The Albano House, Garage/Apartment and Produce Stand will be demolished. The buildings are located at 851 Lexington Road in Concord. The structures have severely deteriorated, and the house is a health threat due to a mold infestation. The park has consulted with the Concord Historical Commission about the demolition.
