Programmatic NEPA for Mojave Road 4x4 Tours

This request has been categorically excluded from further review under the National Environmental Policy Act. The decision covers all such similar requests -- to drive the Mojave Road through Mojave National Preserve -- that require special use permits and will not result in significant adverse impacts to the natural and cultural resources of Mojave National Preserve.
