Interior rehabilitation includes complete preparation and paint, replacement of window coverings with energy efficient blinds, replacement of all lighting fixtures with energy efficient fixtures, replacement of water heater with energy efficient instantaneous water heater, replace all floor coverings, replace refrigerator and range with energy star appliances, install energy efficient ceiling fans in all bedrooms and dining room, and repair or replace other interior features.
Exterior rehabilitation includes replacing dining room window with energy efficient French doors and constructing a 16'x 10' deck to serve as egress for the new door and existing laundry room door.
