This project will remove an abandoned hydraulic lift discovered at the Curry Village Raft Stand walkway.
Specifications for project execution will be prepared and submitted to the NPS for review. Precautions will be taken to prevent hazardous materials from being released to soil and groundwater resources. Soil samples will be taken as needed to assess the need for any soil or groundwater clean-up in accordance with the State of California regulations. Should soil and groundwater contamination be present, the project will include clean-up to Federal and State of California standards.
