Norris Utility Right of Way

A private property owner adjacent to the Big Springs Unit of Ozark National Scenic Riverways has applied for a right-of-way permit. This permit is to provide a right-of-way to construct, operate, and maintain a 7.2 KV underground electrical service within the boundaries of the park. Mr. Norris recently purchased a tract of land adjacent to the park boundary and would like to tie into the electrical service that is currently running to the Big Springs entrance station. This permit would include approximately 1050 feet of right-of-way on NPS land.
