Yosemite Lodge, Correct Balcony and Stair Deficiences on Buildings 3200 and 3300

Replace unsafe and failing exterior stairway systems for 2nd story access to the Yosemite Lodge 3200 and 3300 buildings with new access stairs, landings and hand rails per design drawings.
