Modifying language (see attached file) to amend and clarify CE 2004-057 Routine Trail Maintenance and Repair 2004-2006:
1. To define the procedures for routine maintenance and repair of asphalt paths and multi-use trails
2. To clarify the intent of the CE regarding use of and archeological clearance for historically used Trail Crew Camps.
3. To add two conditions to the ESF reflecting the stipulation in the XXX for the CE requiring that procedures in 'Preservation Planning Objectives and Procedures', including the requirement for archeological clearance of historically used trail crew camps.
