Please join park staff to learn about the Colewort Creek Wetland Restoration project and discuss the Environmental Assessment.
 
Description:
The National Park Service will continue its public planning for the proposed Colewort Creek Wetland Restoration project with a public meeting on Tuesday, June 19th at the Netul Room at the Fort Clatsop Vistor Center.

An Environmental Assessment for the project has been prepared to provide the decision framework for the following: (1) Analysis of a reasonable range of alternatives to meet management objectives, (2) Evaluation of potential issues and impacts to natural and cultural resources and values and the human environment and (3) Identification of mitigation measures to lessen the degree of those impacts.

An optional field tour of the site will follow the project meeting.
