Please join planners and Cumberland Island National Seashore staff to learn about and discuss the Draft Environmental Assessment for the North End Access and Transportation Management Plan. You are welcome anytime during the hours identified above.

 
Description:
This is the first of three public meetings the National Park Service will conduct on the Transportation Management Plan EA. To facilitate the drop-in style of the open houses, an overview of the plan and alternatives will be presented repeatedly throughout the meeting. Attendees will be encouraged to learn more from information stations and ask questions of Park Service staff. The opportunity to submit written comments will also be available at this time.

Meeting Directions/Instructions:
From Interstate 75/85 North or South take exit #248C Freedom Parkway. Southbound travelers must merge over 4 lanes, in order to make the turn onto Boulevard. At the traffic light, turn right onto Boulevard NE, and make another immediate right turn, at the next traffic light, onto John Wesley Dobbs Avenue. The visitor parking lot will be on the left.

From Interstate 20 East or West, exit at Interstate 75/85 North take exit #248C Freedom Parkway. At the traffic light, turn right onto Boulevard NE, and make another immediate right turn, at the next traffic light, onto John Wesley Dobbs Avenue. The visitor parking lot will be on the left.

The Visitor Center is at 450 Auburn Avenue, in the next block south of the parking lot.

The Camden County Library is located on Highway 40 East, 0.8 miles east of Exit 3 off of Interstate 95. The library is on the northeast corner of the intersection of Highway 40 and North Gross Road. The entrance is off of Gross Road.
