Buffalo Bayou National Heritage Area Study

On December 16, 2002, Congress passed the Buffalo Bayou National Heritage Area Study Act (Public Law 107-337), which authorized the National Park Service to study the suitability and feasibility of establishing the Buffalo Bayou National Heritage Area. This report summarizes the results of that effort, including an assessment as to whether the proposed Buffalo Bayou National Heritage Area meets the eight criteria outlined in Public Law 107-337.
