ORV Management Plan Programmatic Agreement

This programmatic agreement is the culmination of consultation with consulting parties on the effects of the federal undertaking (ORV Management Plan) on historic properties as required by the National Historic Preservation Act. The agreement outlines the responsibilities of the NPS and other parties for continued identification of historic properties and areas of potential effect; determination of eligibility of historic properties to the National Register of Historic Properties and effects on these historic properties; and mitigation of any adverse effects.during the implementation of the ORV Management Plan once a special regulation has been adopted.
