Environmental Assessment for Hidden Slough Pilot Site

This environmental assessment evaluates two alternatives: a No-Action Alternative and a Proposed Action Alternative. The No-Action Alternative addresses current and future conditions at Hidden Slough Pilot site. The Proposed Action Alternative addresses impacts from the removal of tamarisk and planting of native species at Hidden Slough Pilot Site.

This notice is an opportunity for the public to identify any issues or concerns they may have regarding this project. All comments are due by October 4, 2008. Comments may be posted on the NPS Planning, Environment and Public Comment website at http://parkplanning.nps.gov/ or mailed to: Hidden Slough EA, Glen Canyon NRA, P.O. Box 1507, Page, AZ 86040 or fax to (928) 608-6259.
