ABPP Interim Programmatic Agreement
An Interim Programmatic Agreement was signed in May 2015 that covers activities related to the ABPP Battlefield Land Acquisition Grants in ten states. The interim agreement requires ABPP to develop and implement a Nationwide PA in consultation with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP), the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers (NCSHPO), Indian tribes, and other interested parties by the end of 2015.
