May 15, 2018 NCMAC Meeting


A meeting of the National Capital Memorial Advisory Commission (the Commission) will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., in the Boardroom of the Commission of Fine Arts at the National Building Museum, 401 F Street NW, Washington, DC.

Action Items
(1) The Commission will consult with the U.S. World War I Centennial Commission regarding the design of proposed enhancement of the General Pershing commemorative work as the National World War I Memorial

(2) The Commission will review H.R. 5424, and S.2672 to authorize modifications to the First Division Monument

Other Business
(1) Update on other authorized memorials in progress
(2) Update on pending memorial legislation
