SHPO Section 106 Consultation Letter May 2021


Letter provides the DC SHPO an opportunity to consult and comment on the FDR Prayer Plaque in accordance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). The SHPO provided provisional concurrence on the no adverse effect (NAE) finding in early 2017. This letter provides the DC SHPO an opportunity to comment on the recent design refinements and to provide final concurrence with the NAE finding.
