Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Comprehensive Management Plan

The National Park Service (NPS) has published its notice of intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a Comprehensive Management Plan (CMP) for the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. The CMP will prescribe the resource conditions and visitor experiences that are to be achieved and maintained over the next 15 to 20 years. The NPS is soliciting comments on the scope of the EIS. Comments may be submitted at any time and will help guide NPS in its planning process.
