Outstandingly Remarkable Values (ORV) Workshop Report

This report summarizes discussions from the February 2011 workshop held to identify stakeholders, information needs, and issues related to river management planning (RMP). The focus of the workshop was an examination of the outstandingly remarkable values (ORVs) identified for Niobrara National Scenic River in its 2007 General Management Plan (GMP). The objectives included reviewing the definition of these ORVs and establishing a framework for refining them for the RMP.
