Public Notice and Fact Sheet for Potomac Park Levee Scoping Meeting


The National Park Service is preparing an Environmental Assessment (EA) to consider modifications to the Potomac Park levee system. The Potomac Park levee structure extends from the vicinity of 23rd street, parallel to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool and ends on the Washington Monument Grounds East of 17th street.
