Regulatory Impact Analysis for PWC Rule January 2021

This report evaluates the costs and benefits of the proposed Personal Watercraft rule in accordance with Executive Order (E.O.) 12866, "Regulatory Planning and Review," which requires Federal agencies to assess the potential costs and benefits of proposed regulatory actions. It also addresses the requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act/Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act (RFA/SBREFA), which requires Federal agencies to consider the potential impacts of regulatory actions on small entities.
