Balsam Mountain Campground and Heintooga Picnic Area Water and Wastewater EA


Great Smoky Mountains National Park announces the release and public comment period for the Balsam Mountain Campground and Heintooga Picnic Area Water and Wastewater Environmental Assessment (EA) in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act and National Historic Preservation Act. The public comment period for the EA will begin July 11, 2022 and conclude July 26, 2022. You are encouraged to review the EA provided in the link below and provide comments on the proposed action and impact analysis.
