Congaree National Park Proposed Recreation Fee Program Press Release

Congaree National Park seeks public comment on a proposed Recreation Fee Program. Under the proposed program, fees will be collected for front country camping, picnic pavilion reservations and ranger-guided canoe tours. Congaree National Park will begin a 30-day public comment period on the proposed fee program beginning on September 3, 2013, and closing on October 1, 2013.
