Proposed Fee Program at Congaree National Park - Request for Public Input

Congaree National Park proposes to implement a Recreation Fee Program to collect fees for front country camping, picnic pavilion reservations, and ranger-guided canoe tours in 2014. Fee revenue will offset the park's cost of providing these amenities, allow for improvements to the programs, and ensure greater competition with local businesses providing similar recreational experiences. The National Park Service is the lead agency for this project.
