Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CHAT) and the Cumberland Community Improvement District (CCID) have entered into an agreement to procure funds for the rehabilitation of the Paces Mill Facilities. The goal of this project is to identify the appropriate design elements and rehabilitate the unit. Improvements will include minimizing the exposure to the adjacent US41 roadway, storm water management, vehicular & pedestrian circulation, parking , multi-use trail connections, restroom facilities, pavilion facilities, river access, site entry, interpretative paths and picnicking areas.
