Shakerag Wastewater Treatment Plant Finding of No Significant Impact

The National Park Service (NPS) staff of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area (CRNRA, or Recreation Area) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the establishment of a right-of-way (ROW) within the Recreation Area in Forsyth County, Georgia. The EA was published on the NPS Planning, Environment and Public Comment (PEPC) website and provided locally for comment from September 30, 2010 through October 30, 2010. This Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) documents the alternatives considered, the criteria for selection of the preferred alternative and why the selected action will have no significant effects on the human environment.
