Comment Analysis of Public Scoping Meetings, November 8 and 9, 2005

On November 8th and 9th, 2005, public scoping meetings were held for the Cape Lookout National Seashore Interim Protected Species Management Plan/Environmental Assessment (EA). These scoping meetings were held to begin public involvement early in the planning stage and to obtain community feedback on the initial concepts for protected species at Cape Lookout National Seashore. This report contains an analysis of the comments received in regards to those meetings.
