2007 12Dec 20 - Notice of Establishment (NOE) of the Cape Hatteras Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee


Superintendent Mike Murray announced that a Notice of Establishment (NOE) was published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2007 which officially establishes the Cape Hatteras Negotiated Rulemaking Advisory Committee. The Committee will negotiate and develop special regulations (proposed rule) for management of off-road vehicles (ORV) at Cape Hatteras National Seashore (Seashore).
