Proposed 2nd Amendment to YOSE 1999 Programmatic Agreement with SHPO and ACHP


The National Park Service at Yosemite has initiated consultation with the California State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) regarding an extension of the effective date of the Programmatic Agreement Among the National Park Service at Yosemite, the California State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation Regarding Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance, Yosemite National Park, California (1999 PA). The 1999 PA as currently amended is set to expire on May 14, 2016. This proposed amendment would extend the 1999 PA as amended to May 14, 2017, or until the new Yosemite Parkwide Programmatic Agreement is signed, whichever is shorter.

The draft amendment is available for review and comment until May 5, 2017.
