Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River Comprehensive Management Plan Record of Decision

The Tuolumne River Plan (TRP) identifies a long-term management strategy for the segment of the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River that flow through Yosemite National Park. The park received 1,280 public comments after release of the draft EIS in January 2013. Key issues raised focused on the Glen Aulin High Sierra Camp, stock use, whitewater boating, transportation, the mountaineering school, and wastewater treatment. Since the final Tuolumne River Plan/EIS was released in February 2014, it has garnered moderate public support. The Pacific West Regional Director signed the Record of Decision on June 24, 2014.
