Initial Scoping: Restoring Critical Dune Habitat Programmatic Environmental Assessment- Point Reyes National Seashore

At the beginning of the planning process, scoping is conducted to ensure that the EA will address the issues relevant to the proposal and explore feasible alternatives. The public is welcome to submit comments regarding the range of suitable alternatives, applicable impact topics, and potential impacts and benefits. The deadline for commenting is January 15, 2013.
