Environmental Assessment: Diablo Lake New Tour Dock Project


All comments on the EA are welcome through August 28, 2018, particularly those that assess the adequacy of the document in disclosing and evaluating the effects on the environment or identify mitigation to the proposed action. To download the EA click the link below. You may also download the detailed project plans separately (Appendix A) or the Biological Evaluation that was submitted to the US Fish and Wildlife Service for informal consultation as per requirements for Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act.

The preferred method for submitting comments is though this website, click the "Comment Now" button on this page. Comments will also be accepted by regular mail or hand delivery to the address below. A paper copy of the EA is available by request.

Engaging with you is a critical part of our planning process. Before including a personal address, phone number, e-mail address, or other personal identifying information in written comments, anyone providing written comment should be aware their entire comment - including their personal identifying information - may be made publicly available at any time.
