Final EA/FONSI/Determination of No Impairment

A Final EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Muir Woods Water/Wastewater Service Rehabilitation project has been completed in accordance with the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). The FONSI describes the rationale used in selecting the alternative for implementation and provides an explanation of why it will have no significant effects on the human environment. Included in these documents is a "NPS Response to Comments" for comments received on the Draft Environmental Assessment. These documents can be downloaded using the links below. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2018.
