Letter dated October 25, 2017 from San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) in reference to Consistency Determination Number C2017.005.00 regarding the Commission's concurrence with the determination of the NPS that the Alcatraz Ferry Embarkation Project, in concept-only, is consistent with the Commission's Amended Management Program for San Francisco Bay per the Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA), including enclosed Letter of Agreement for the subject consistency determination.

Letter dated October 3, 2017 from NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in reference to NMFS Consultation Number WCR-2016-5894, regarding Endangered Species Act Section 7(a)(2) Biological Opinion and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Essential Fish Habitat Response for the Alcatraz Ferry Embarkation Project (NPS File No. L76 (GOGA-PL)), including enclosed Biological Opinion and Incidental Take Statement.

Letter dated August 10, 2017 from California State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO) in reference to consultation number NPS120529E, regarding compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (54 U.S.C. §306108), as amended, and its implementing regulation at 36 CFR Part 800 for the Alcatraz Ferry Embarkation Project, and the concurrence with a Finding of No Adverse Effect.
