Public Scoping Notice

This newsletter describes the proposed project, the purpose, need and objectives of the project, public scoping activities and the decision process.

Members of the public, interested organizations, and agencies are encouraged to provide comments on the full spectrum of issues and concerns that should be addressed in the EA/IS; to advise on the nature and extent of potential environmental impacts and related topics, and to suggest possible mitigation measures and strategies that could reduce project impacts.
