FONSI for Replacement of Pier at Bechers Bay

Signed Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and attached Errata sheets for the project to replace the pier at Bechers Bay on Santa Rosa Island in Channel Islands National Park. The Environmental Assessment (EA) for the project was made available for public review and comment from August 31, 2007 through September 30, 2007. The EA was modified in response to comments received. These modifications are documented in the Errata sheets. Together the Errata sheets and the EA form the complete EA.
