Public Meeting_August 22 2012_PowerPoint Presentation


The attached PowerPoint slide show was presented at a public meeting that took place on the evening of August 22, 2012 at the Wesleyan Chapel in Women's Rights National Historical Park, Seneca Falls, New York. The purpose of the public meeting was to solicit public input to be considered in the development of a selection criteria and process for identifying sites to be included on the Votes for Women History Trail.

The presentation provides a brief overview of the planning and legislative history of the Votes for Women History Trail and offers a sampling of "trail types" that share some common characteristics with the subject trail.

Approximately 20 people attended the public meeting and provided comment.
