Draft Commercial Air Tour Voluntary Agreement and FAQs: National Parks of New York Harbor
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Park Service (NPS) announce the reopening of the public review period for an additional 30 days on the proposed air tour voluntary agreement (Agreement) for commercial air tour operations of the Statue of Liberty National Monument and Governors Island National Monument. The additional public review period is from Thursday, December 1, 2022, through Friday, December 30, 2022. Comments will not be accepted by fax, e-mail, or any other way except via PEPC. Comments previously submitted do not need to be resubmitted.
