Sagamore Hill NHS Draft GMP/EIS

The period for public reveiw and comment on the draft Sagamore Hill plan and environmental impact statement has been extended to May 8, 2007.

Note: We experienced a technical problem with Part Four:Impacts that made the text hard to read. We have resolved the technical problem and replaced the file with the corrected version (March 29, 2007).

The draft general management plan/ draft environmental impact statement for Sagamore Hill National Historic Site is now available for public review and comment. The document describes the resource conditions and visitor experience that should exist at Sagamore Hill over the long term. It presents a range of alternatives and assesses the potential environmental and socioeconomic effects of the alternatives on park resources, visitor experience and the surrounding area.
