The Blackstone River Valley Special Resource Study Newsletter presents the National Park Service study team's preliminary findings and proposes a range of possible management options for industrial heritage resources in the region.

The public is invited to comment on the contents of the newsletter. Comments may be submitted electronically at this website or sent to the
