Public Comments and NPS Responses from November 2, 2009 Public Meeting

The first document (Land Exchange Public Comments) contains all of the public correspondence received following the November 2, 2009 public meeting. The full text of all public correspondence has been provided; however, names and addresses of commenters were removed to protect personally identifying information. Where anonymity was requested, names were also removed from the correspondence.

The second document (NPS Concern Response Report) summarizes the comments received during the public scoping process. These comments are organized by issue, which have been described in a concern statement. Representative quotes are then provided for each concern statement. All representative quotes are presented verbatim. An agency response then is provided for each concern statement.
