Draft FONSI--Finding of No Significant Impact for Visitor Use and Security: Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell

The Modified No Action Alternative is described in this FONSI which also presents mitigations proposals that would be part of this new security system. The negligible, minor, and beneficial impacts and the non-signficant impacts are discussed for many topics including cultural resources, visitor experience, and public health/safety.
