EIS RECORD OF DECISION - JANUARY 2000

The Record of Decision (ROD) is the document that finalizes the decision that was selected in the final EIS. This ROD was signed on January 18, 2000. The ROD provides describes the decision, the basis for the decision, a short description of alternatives considered, and measures to minimize impacts and address public concerns received in review of the EIS.
