Scoping letter for Little El Mining Plan of Operations

This letter describes Chisana LLC's intent to conduct placer mining operations on the Little El and Bonanza unpatented mining claims in the Gold Hill area of Wrangell St. Elias National park and Preserve. The letter solicits comments on the proposal. Comments will be used to develop issues that will be considered in an Environmental Assessment.
